I like that it is easy to use and has a lot of great features. It can be tough to figure out what it does sometimes. The support staff are really helpful when we have issues or questions. They make themselves available via live chat at any time. We also like that they offer a 14 day free trial period to try out their products. You do not need to have an account with them initially to start using their software but you will need one for adding inventory items. This allows us to upload our product catalog into the system and then manage it from there.
