Overall good experience, very responsive customer service

I like that it is easy to use and has a lot of great features. It can be tough to figure out what it does sometimes. The support staff are really helpful when we have issues or questions. They make themselves available via live chat at any time. We also like that they offer a 14 day free trial period to try out their products. You do not need to have an account with them initially to start using their software but you will need one for adding inventory items. This allows us to upload our…

Excellent Support & Functionality: Morpheus Commerce

This is an open source ecommerce solution with multiple features like mobile integration and API support which makes it easy to incorporate in our website. It has excellent customer service team who guide you on every step of development process for any query we have. The price charged by them seems reasonable too. I wish there was option of adding payment gateways such as Paypal etc into this but that would require additional cost from us. We needed eCommerce tool for small scale online store…
