Review on 🚲 Saris H3 Direct Drive Smart Indoor Cycling Trainer by Sean Xayamonty

REALLY dissatisfied with this H3. It only calibrates for itself as zwift & rouvy cannot calibrate it. It seems stuck in ERG mode or some ridiculous mode where it's almost impossible to turn the cranks and the resistance drops off badly. It makes no sense and isn't fun if it's so hard you can't even pedal. I can't switch ERG to SIM in any way, and the manual doesn't mention SIM mode. It often fails to connect to the Saris app even when it is in Not Found mode. And what makes it special is that after spending 1,000 on this thing, Saris cares enough to provide ZERO customer service. Their website says Covid has slowed their business but they literally don't answer emails and if you call you will be delayed. After 30 minutes of waiting, he says please contact us via email and then hangs up. The perfect loop. Now I try it with tacx.
