Great product - just wish their tech team was better

I like how fast the system can update, especially during an emergency. We're in an industry that requires us to be nimble. There's not much around that is as accurate as this at this time. The report is excellent on paper but there needs to be more details within the report. Do extensive homework before choosing software. If you have a large organization, they offer an unlimited license for all the staff which makes it very affordable (or free). The price of the service plan is also quite reasonable and worth it if the savings are significant over manual work! Being able to check out our repair history and quickly find the most recent jobs we've performed without having to go searching across multiple jobs. Also really appreciate being able to run a search by job code/serial number making it extremely quick to locate issues. I like how this software is easy to use, as well as the fact that it is cloud-based. It can be very difficult to get some fields such as the work order number or other related information into the system. The customer support is also not always great. We have been able to make some quick fixes with this program but nothing too major. Overall, the system has helped us out a lot in our business.
