Review on Rust-Oleum Specialty Dry Erase Brush-On Paint Kit - White for Enhanced SEO by Sam Dhungana

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Ideal for painting doors, suitable for paint, wall treatments and accessories

Transform any wall into a dry erase board with this dry erase paint. There has been some feedback on the date and expiration date issues. I went to Home Depot to purchase so I could verify the date after reading the reviews. Unfortunately, the date on the box is not so easy to see. Each box at Home Depot had different labels, I couldn't figure out what the numbers meant in terms of actual expiration date, and it was more expensive. I purchased from Home Depot using the Revain app on my phone. The paint comes in 2 cans. It smells slightly when mixed, but much less than a regular can of latex paint. In all, the liquid filled about 2/3 of a liter jar. I was able to coat the back of two hallway doors with liquid using a regular roller. I apply about three coats to the door and wait about 10 minutes between coats. I let it dry overnight. The next morning it was dry and I was able to easily attach magnets to both metal doors. You then wait about 3 days before writing on it with a regular dry erase pen. If the lettering lasts for several days, it will be a bit more difficult to remove, but a small amount of water will wash it off completely. This is a great product and it helps a lot in managing our home as I can leave reminder notes on the door when we walk out the door. Pain under this dry-erase paint. A slight sheen indicates pre-existing imperfections in the existing paint.
