This is the second pair of these shoes I've ordered and was completely dissatisfied. I ordered my usual size for the first time, size 12, which was too small, luckily I was able to give a gift to a relative. Because I like the look of the shoes I decided to go up a size and order another pair of size 13, this time I can't heal in the shoes, the area around the toes is very narrow and tight. Here the story gets better, this item was shipped to Trinidad and Tobago, I requested a return through Revain and received delivery valid only in the United States after explaining where my current location is. So if I were trying to recover my loss I would have to pay out of pocket to return this item and it costs almost $500 Trinidad and Tobago or $63 while the item itself is worth $40 has US dollars. I should have known better
