The Windows XP 64 Bit operating system is compatible with the SanDisk Ultra USB 3.0 - 32 GB storage device. I inserted it into a number of different USB 2.0 and 3.0 slots, but sadly, the time it takes to transfer files to a flash drive does not reduce; rather, it climbs, and eventually the computer completely stalls, causing all of the icons on the desktop to vanish. Probably soon will die. No issues were encountered while using other flash drives, such as Smartbuy's USB 2.0-32GB or Transcend's USB 2.0-16GB models.
