I gave 3 stars for a number of reasons. Pros and cons below: Pros: - The style is nice and complements my kitchen - The convenience of the hose and faucet combo - The stretch of the hose itself is very good Cons: - There is only one point to close the faucet in comparison attach to others who have two points. Depending on your sink configuration, it can be difficult (or almost impossible in my case) to tighten the base where the platen won't move when you press the entire faucet. The instructions are very minimal and if you've never done anything like this you'll need to head over to the Revain page to see photos of how to do it and the instructions given. - The included connector requires a 3/8" plug from your wall to connect to the 3/8" jack that is included. If like me you have a 1/2" female end, you'll need to hook up some adapters to get water from the wall to the faucet. I had to work hard to install it myself, it was a pain. Also the fact that I had to use multiple converters to get it working with MY home was an issue, but it was just me and not the fault of the company itself or the product itself.
