Smells awful and very difficult to cut

I have a small candle factory and ordered this because the shipping is faster than my usual suppliers. This material smells so strongly of pure plastic even in candles, and the wax melts at the maximum dosage of aromatherapy oil. And it's so damn hard to cut, I almost cut off my finger. So now I just use a small amount to add to other wax to make it harder.
