I like that you can easily set up different departments with multiple agents working together to serve customers for various products/services at once! You would need more than one person if this was not an option because of how many options there are when creating new accounts (i have never had problems).

This program has helped me streamline my work by having all information about each customer available from anywhere online instead of searching through paper files every time i needed something specific regarding them!!
