I've used this to make "silicone shoes" for my Monoprice 3D printer and it seems to work pretty darn well for that, in contrast for mixing my own weird silicone grout. Using a 1bigpig thing that was printed with black polylactide, I coated the inside of this thing with Costco dish soap and then squeezed just enough to fill maybe 2/5 to 1/2 of a container and then squeezed. A day later I received a usable silicone sleeve for my printer. I definitely had enough to do, at least 6 before deciding to quit and I could have done 2/3 of the tube. Your hands or other surfaces it comes in contact with will stain the copper a bit, so I'll be careful with that. It washes your hands but requires some work. but it actually seems to handle my 260ยฐC print temperatures without issue, so I'm happy with that.
