I've used this maybe a few times and today when I went to block it was very hard to block. Then, when I got out of my appointment, I spent half an hour trying to unlock it with no success. I ended up prying the scooter out of the lock (successfully, thank goodness) and STILL trying to unlock the lock, which was impossible. I ended up having to leave it where it was because I didn't have anything to cut with me. This scooter is new and costs $600, I would be VERY upset if I couldn't get it. While it was still stuck I looked here for a way to reset it, nothing came up. Then in the questions section I notice that this is a very common problem - not cool. Bikes and e-scooters don't come cheap, so this is totally unacceptable. As always, I went through a lot of reviews and didn't see anything related to this until this happened to me. I looked in the questions section and saw this common problem. This castle quickly turned out to be a total loss for me.
