Easy plug and play setup. What you really need to know is that this is not an easy system unless you take the time to learn it. However, it is a quality system. It has everything you need. I didn't have to call tech support, but I'm sure everything is fine with such a system. For the money this is a very high tech system. I once had a teacher ask our class if what they bought was crap, almost everyone raised their hands. He said it was because you didn't take the time to find out.
