Great product, best customer support
I bought this product in March to switch between my 2 MACs and 1 Windows 10. This product is very easy to use. Excellent picture quality in 4K and easy to switch to any of my machines with the included remote control. But in July it was destroyed by something like a power surge and I was no longer able to return or replace the product as it had passed the replacement window. Contacted support through Revain. They were fast enough to send me a warranty replacement very quickly and I was back in business in just a week. Many thanks to the support team for this wonderful product!
