The ability to easily upload files, track all of your data at once, being able to see multiple projects in one place was great! I didn't like how you could only view certain parts of each file or project if it wasn’t uploaded correctly which caused me some frustration when trying to get work done with my team members who were spread out across different states. We used RelSci as our CRM software but found ourselves switching back over time because we had so many other options available now. It's not worth using unless you have very specific needs. They do offer help throughout the entire process from setup through implementation and support after launch/use.
