The retailer "CNPQY" sold me a defective valve. The package was marked with an "LPN" number indicating it had been returned or had already been sold to another customer who had returned it. In this case, another customer sent it back because the valve was defective. I shouldn't have installed it even though I knew it was used and returned, but I figured the QCI had verified it somehow. My wife left the car running as she went in to get something and walked back to a very smoky car almost calling the fire department when the neighbors saw all the smoke. The valve failed and the pressure in the crankcase rose and the valve cover gasket flew with the oil into the exhaust manifold area. Luckily the car didn't catch fire, but I'm sure it was close. Now I have a tedious repair ahead of me. Don't buy from a "CNPQY" dealer, and besides, you should probably buy a better quality valve.
