Review on EKids Bluetooth Portable Karaoke Microphone by Christopher Bates

I read in some reviews that this device has many problems with the microphone. I didn't find anything, but I admit that the device I bought was the "second edition" version. I only have good things to say. The battery lasts much longer than my 3 year old granddaughter's attention span which is several hours. I preloaded it with songs from Frozen and Frozen II, Annie, Let It Be, and Christmas carols. The display is nice, but the songs are only numbered (mostly in the order they were uploaded). No name like on your iPhone. It's normal for a child to just press the forward and back buttons to find their favorite game. The sound quality is much better than expected and there is no distortion even when you "turn it up to 11". The microphone is muted and you can add a second microphone with a 3.5mm mini plug if required. There are two sockets. The back has a protective case, and you can download more music with a flash drive. I bought a mini flash drive 8GB. It is very difficult to pull out, which makes it much easier to select and download songs. The light show is a nice addition, as is the microphone mount that folds out on the back. This is great electronic fun for a small child. It was hard to find for Christmas but would be great for any occasion.
