This does not give an accurate temperature reading at all. My company has been measuring temperatures since April. We needed a new scanner because the one we were using was starting to fail, you basically had to put your forehead on it to read the temperature and that caused some safety issues. I read reviews of this tool and said let's try it. This does not give exact measurements. I have people reading 93 and 94 degrees and it just isn't right. I will be returning this one and re-ordering the one we had previously.
