I wanted so badly to love a basic edge sweeper. Everything worked great right out of the box! My 4 year old had no problem with it and picked it up easily. I like the trap in the back to bring him down. Overall this is a great idea for a product but the hair got tangled in the brush wheels. I turned the little "screws" to loosen the wheels and pulled my hair out. I wanted to re-glue but it won't hold. The small pieces of plastic holding it have broken off on both sides making it completely unusable. I tried to use it to still use it but it still doesn't work properly. If you or your family members have long hair or even long haired pets, I would not recommend this product. The hair gets tangled and you have to take it apart every time you use it and the plastic is too cheap to hold.
