Review on 🔄 5201 COMP CAMS Vacuum Canister - Zinc Plated Aluminum with Polished Finish by Donald Gore

I touched an old turbocharger, a Ford small block. I have a large cam and at idle it only creates 4-5 inches of vacuum instead of the usual 15-20 inches of vacuum, it makes the brake pedal very hard to depress and the truck doesn't feel secure under hard braking. A friend suggested adding a vacuum reservoir as I was thinking of upgrading to hydraulic brake boosters, but that's over $1,000 for parts. I could have added a vacuum pump but it cost $350. I tried adding this glass first as it was the cheapest option. With minimal work I installed and reinstalled it in my truck and it worked great, my pedal was a lot easier to press and the brakes worked normally again.
