Review on 6000 Counts True-RMS Touchscreen Digital Multimeter ⚡ with Voltage, Frequency, Capacitance, Diode, and NCV Tester by John Barnett

The product does not read correctly. I've only used it 3 times and the last time the multimeter showed no current and when I tested it with another tester it was 120v. I contacted Revain for a replacement or refund. They said there would be a 7.00 restocking fee. Why do I have to pay to return a defective item? The woman agreed and sent it to the returns department and said I could get a full refund and throw the item away. Luckily I kept it because Revain's refunds team overruled the staff and said they would not issue a refund. just trash. You get what you pay for
