This is an excellent radar based blind spot detection system and cross traffic warning system with limitations. If your vehicle speed is below 15 miles, this will not work. If there is a static object, it doesn't work. Both restrictions are listed in the product description. Besides, it is OEM quality. I've been using it for 1 month, it works great, no false positives. The Cross Traffic Alert works great in a busy parking lot. What needs improvement: Support for Brandmotion products. It requires professional installation and most of the retailers listed on the brandmotion website have no idea about this product and its installation process. I contacted Brandmotion support twice and they said they would send an updated dealer list which I never received. If brandmotion somehow overcomes the product's current limitations and improves its customer support, it will be a big seller. Note to future buyers: professional installation required. It's hard to find a shop that has experience with this. The shop that installed it on my car has installed it on at least 25 other cars over the last 2 years and they all work great.
