Delicious, Nutritious and Fun to try flavor variations
This shake is wonderful. Be sure to shake it really well or it just won't be as good, it will clump and you'll have residue. I add powdered peanut butter or sugar free/fat free cheesecake strawberry jello to add some different flavors and avoid boredom. I drink these between meals and have been extremely successful not only losing weight, but keeping it off.
- Expensive. Need different ideas to help with taste.
- Can be high in sodium, which can contribute to high blood pressure and other health issues
