Smooth, soft leather encloses several page types, card holders a pouch for pens and miscellaneous.
This leather journal has lined pages, pages that appear to be hand-made papers, a section for business cards (or credit cards and photos) a zip close pouch for pens or loose notes and finally, pages of graph paper. The construction shows great care and pride of workmanship. The journal (for want of a better name) is nothing if not versatile.
