They used to work, now they don't. Technical support was more like teaching them how to spell the IP.

Wow, everything used to work fine, now nothing connects. I'm an engineer, I can almost always struggle to get crazy hardware to work, but not this time. It comes back, I rip out all of Lockley's things and replace them with August Lockley. Lockly things I bought a few years ago end up in the trash. you have been warned STAY AWAY!
