It was a great addition and I had no problems with it for several months. One note though - I intended to use it with an HDMI to HDMI + RCA output device plus two devices for whatever. The reason is simply that they don't like each other. In other words, in our setup we split the audio to RCA so we can play it over regular stereo. The lack of compatibility here meant I had to find another way to get sound from the Wii.
