I have been suffering from tension in the neck and shoulder muscles for 2 years (result of daily computer work). I was struggling to relax my neck (I regularly do stretches which help but not completely). This product relaxed my neck muscles in 2 days, I use it once a day after work for about 15 minutes. I can turn my head back and forth without pain. I love that you can shift positions to change what you're targeting (neck, shoulders, middle or lower back). You can get a lighter massage by simply not pulling on your side arms, or a more intense massage by pulling your arms down to increase the pressure. I highly recommend it!
