I bought this pillow because all the traditional pillows (hard, memory foam, flat, soft) I've tried in my house give me pain have necks, pinched nerves or "cracks" in the neck, so I decided to try this type of pillow. So far it has helped with neck pain, it's harder for me to find a comfortable position when sleeping because the shape doesn't allow me to put my head anywhere on the pillow, it should be in the middle but it isn't. lack of design or in any way reflecting the seller or manufacturer, that's just my business. The pillow got here on time, it was everything that was in the description and it mostly relieved my neck pain - there are other issues with my neck and back that the pillow can't help with so it didn't solve the problem completely , but did.
