The best feature of this product was that it allowed for seamless integration with our CRM system as well which made data collection very easy to manage! It also provided us an opportunity in creating campaigns from scratch without having any prior experience/knowledge about what we need exactly so its great because you can always be creative by building your own message rather than relying solely upon someone else's work or ideas!! Nothing really comes up at all when using i ctbroadcaster but if there are problems they tend not too respond quickly either (which could have been improved).

This may seem like a small problem however sometimes waiting 10-15 minutes after submitting ticket only gets me responses within 1 hour -_-.
