It was very helpful for me because I could easily find information when needed as well.

The user interface can be confusing at times but that's definitely something you get accustomed too over time! There aren't many things about this app or system really; it does what we need so far which has been great!! We are using theran nest for scheduling our therapists' appointment schedule through out their day off from work via google hangouts if they don’t have internet access (which makes them more efficient). They also provide us updates of any changes such as new therapies being added etc., all while keeping track themselves of how much insurance money each therapist gets paid per session/visit along side other metrics like referrals given or seen.
