This is a great product and well made! The only problem is that if your p-trap is directly below the drain opening the noise is awful! I had a standard round drain before that allowed the water to slide down the sides of the pipe quietly. This one creates a waterfall effect and the falling water hits the water in the trap head-on causing a loud gurgling effect. I tried to ignore it and get used to it for a few weeks.not a chance! Its too loud. Once I ran the pipes over and then into the trap, no more noise. Happy shower again. :-)
