This is a bargain at $. As long as you move slowly/slowly use plenty of water, it holds up pretty well. I had 4 holes (4 1/8 inches) for my custom shower/tub where I had to drill 1/2 of the porcelain and it held up great. It worked like a champ! This is unbeatable for $. Would I buy again. I've found that if you start the hole at high speed (I know, but only for a short time) at a 20-40 foot angle and then slowly change the angle to 90 feet, it works great. After 90 feet I was moving very slowly, stopping every few seconds and dripping the nozzle into a bucket of water to cool it down. I also swam water into the hole. No problem! After 4 holes - the nozzle can still be used!
