I recently had the chance to test out the DJI Ronin-S Gimbal to Converter Cable, and I have to say, I'm impressed. The cable is designed to convert the Ronin-S camera stabilizer's battery plate to a 12V DC male plug, making it possible to power the device with an external battery source. The cable itself is well-made and feels durable, with a solid construction and a good amount of flexibility. It fits securely into the Ronin-S's battery plate, and the 5.5mm*2.1mm DC cable fits into the power adapter without any issues. But the real test, of course, was how it performed in the field. I used the Ronin-S with an external battery pack, and I have to say, the results were impressive. Not only did it provide enough power to keep the Ronin-S running for an extended period of time, but it improved the stability of the gimbal and minimized any unwanted vibrations or shaking. Overall, I'm really happy with the DJI Ronin-S Gimbal to Converter Cable. It's a small but powerful tool that can really make a big difference when it comes to filming smooth, stable footage.
