Compatibility Issues
PS4 recognizes the device but it is incompatible and causing communication problems with your controller. I spent a very long time trying to figure out what is causing these problems and when I finally found out that the external hard drive was the cause I got rid of a lot of frustration by getting rid of it. My games are finally playable now after it was removed. Don't buy this.
