Review on Gnvtntp 3D PLA Filament Bundle by Frank Dubey

Revainrating 5 out of 5

AWESOME glossy and matte PLA.

This is a stunning set of 4 different colors of Glossy Silk PLA plus a set of 4 Matte PLA. Each spool contains 250 grams of thread, which is a bit pricey, but silk thread tends to cost more. I have to say it's definitely worth the higher price because it looks phenomenal. So far I've only used blue in both sets but my results have been amazing. The coils are neatly wound, each coil is vacuum packed in a separate bag with silica gel. SETTINGS:* Printer: Adventurer 3 Lite* Nozzle Temperature: 210°C* Bed Temperature: 50°C* Base Material: Standard Build Plate* Speed: 50mm/s* Nozzle: 0.4mm* Layer: 0.2mm COLOR: Super Glossy Thread. Definitely a showstopper. Blue is bright, similar to sky blue. White is pearly, black is black and red is very neutral and medium tone. Colors are vibrant and vibrant. The matte package is the mattest I've ever used, with RESULTS: This filament doesn't require any special settings to get good results. However, printing defects are much more visible with silk PLA. So make sure your files are set up properly to ensure a good result. I was able to use my default PLA settings with my Adventurer 3 Lite, with nozzle/bed temperatures of 210°C and 50°C, which equates to 200°C on my Enders. Adhesion to the bed was good and the layers came out clean. FINAL VERDICT: I had no issues with this filament, it was easy to feed and print. The price is a little high, but the colors and shine are truly exceptional. * The photos show prints made with a different yarn. Only blue Benchy was printed with this silk.
