Review on Bailey Duquette PC by Rick Everett

I've been practicing law for 19 years, and have used about 25 different forms of complaint handling platforms over that time. The ease of use, quality customer service, and intuitive nature of this tool make it an easy transition for our small firm from QuickCase to Bailey Duquette. It just works! That said, if you are not proficient with email marketing (at all), don't even bother trying to get feedback. You will be outspent and drowned in emails asking for your support. But if you're good at it, then by all means, give it a try. We needed a robust solution for tracking client complaints with quick response times. We quickly realized that QuickCase was lacking this service, so we had to look somewhere else. A few phone calls later and we were up and running with Bailey Duquette. Bailey Duquette has been my attorney for over 20 years. They are very professional, responsive and thorough. I have never had an issue with them. They are always willing to work with me to find solutions that meet my needs. If you want a great firm to represent you in your legal matter, Bailey Duquette will be the choice for you. We have used their services for many years now and they have provided excellent service every time. I would highly recommend them.
