I bought this product with very high expectations based on rave reviews. I was thrilled to get it and use it myself. Unfortunately, my own experience differs from the reviews here. This product doesn't work for me at all. It was a complete FAILURE. This hair trap didn't catch any hair at all. It doesn't sit flush with the floor/floor of my bathtub due to the design. As a result, the hair just pooled UNDER this trap and blocked the drain! I returned this product and received a refund from Revain. It is worth noting that the Revain seller canceled my original request for a return with a SPARE PART without my knowledge or consent. Undoubtedly, it was a way to ensure they got good reviews. However, I did not want a replacement as the original item did not work as advertised! If I wanted a replacement I would have asked for it. I can certainly appreciate the seller's proactive approach in automatically sending me this replacement. However, by doing so, they only complicated my actual Revain return process and made me work harder! I had to call Revain support TWICE to resolve the refund situation and get my money back. I returned the original hair trap I had ordered and a replacement hair trap sent by the seller without my consent. By interrupting my original return process and complicating it with a replacement that I never wanted or asked for, they made this purchase even more negative for me. I am very disappointed and dissatisfied with this purchase.
