Review on Highly Effective General Finishes Flat Out Flat Topcoat - Quart Size by Jerry Frey

I am so disappointed with this product (imagine hanging my head and tears shed). I used Dixie Bell's pretty blue paint to paint the sideboard but wanted to make sure it was well protected (the wax just isn't strong enough). Instead of Polycryl I bought this one because. Gen. Fin. The video made it so easy to use. Should I stick to my way? (insert creative swear words here). I've followed all the instructions, watched at least five videos, and yet the post-sanding streaks between the second coat and actually the third coat are absolutely incredible (see photo). I am so disappointed! I can't start over, just not enough color. I try to think of my next move. I'll edit if I find a custom solution. It's so, so bad I'm going to cry a little in the corner.
