I bought this for my dad to help him after a head and neck injury. It's more amazing and effective than I expected! The balls are made of rubber, which is neither too soft nor too hard. It's easy to identify areas of stress and incredibly user-friendly. It's very nice to be able to grab a point with this tool and then move your head in circles to stretch the neck deeper and improve range of motion. I have been a massage and body painting specialist for 24 years. It's hard to find good neck tools. This is to prevent injury, self-care and accidental bending of the neck.
