Very good for the neck: massage equipment and equipment

I have a bad habit of sleeping in the wrong position and then my neck hurts all day. I usually tell my wife to squeeze my neck (from behind) to relieve the pain/stiffness. So I was looking for something as strong as a human grip and abs. This product is perfect for that. It's a very hard plastic, so if you're looking for something durable, this is it. I bought this for my dad to help him after a head and neck injury. It's more amazing and effective than I expected! The balls are made of rubber, which is neither too soft nor too hard. It's easy to identify areas of stress and incredibly user-friendly. It's very nice to be able to grab a point with this tool and then move your head in circles to stretch the neck deeper and improve range of motion. Poor design and roughness on bare skin

I'm a massage therapist, so I have a lot of massagers to help loosen my own knots. A Theracane reed or an S-shaped reed without rollers is the best I've used. The rolling balls on it are tricks, they don't really work and don't matter. The tallow or oil that comes from our liquors is enough to give the stick a decent glide.
