I love this lamp...I bought two of these. I like its small profile and modern look. The only thing I would complain about is the bulb that comes with it... It's very yellow and not very bright even on the highest setting. Once I hooked them up, I was on the hunt for a better lightbulb. I've tried different types of light bulbs and I want to tell you what I think works best is the 100 watt dimmable LED light bulb. I was also able to find one with 3000K which emits light that is not as yellow as what the bulb came with (ie 2700K) but also not as bright as the 5000K bulb which is brighter. blue and white during the day. The 3000K color falls between these two and is the right one in my opinion. Other bulbs I tried in this lamp ended up not working properly. The non-dimmable 3-way LED I tried flickered A LOT, which of course was annoying and useless. It burns very hot and I was afraid it might melt the plastic inside the lampshade. So I wouldn't recommend either of those if you're trying to fit different bulbs into this lamp. In summary, this is a very good lamp and if you're happy with the bulb that comes with it, great! :) But if it's too yellow for you and not as bright as you'd like, try my suggestions above and hopefully it helps!
