It broke but the customer service is AMAZING!

I bought this electric blanket in December 2020 and have been using it every day since. The controller's three lights started blinking and it didn't get hot. I called customer service and JULIA arranged for a replacement to be shipped out immediately. On a scale of 1 to 5 the customer service I have received is a 10! Just wonderful! I want to leave a five star customer review but I chose four because the cast broke after only 5 months. However, based on the customer service I received, I would not hesitate to buy from JLA Home again. They stand behind their products and their customer service is top notch!
