My wife wanted shower head lower.
Very sturdy, I sanded the textured wall until it was flat and smooth. I applied glue and support tape, then left town for 7 days. It is stuck on permanent. I used the line of glue on three sides, and 2 spots of glue by the recessed area. I placed it with the recessed area down. She tried it out, no complaints.
