Review on 🚰 Ruvati RVA1029ST Stainless Steel Kitchen Faucet Hole Cover 10" Deck Plate by Brandon Garrett

My father ordered this Ruvati RVF1216ST commercial style patio counter and kitchen faucet with stainless steel pop up sprayer for me as our other faucet stopped working and the plumber came to clean the faucet a few days later to install. When the goods arrived, we looked for the missing parts and found none on the first check. The flooring came in a small box with no instructions or parts list. The plumber said the rubber gasket was missing. I called Ruwati and confirmed/complained about the missing details. They blamed Amazon, saying it was shipped from their warehouses so they should have looked for the missing parts. I'm not sure why it should be Revain's mission to test this given the product is not manufactured or assembled at a Revain warehouse. How difficult is it to test a product to see if it has all of its parts? It only has 2 parts. The representative was nice at first, but only offered to forward the missing parts. But he couldn't do it over the phone, I had to email them the request. I told him that his company was not only wasting my time but was also costing me a lot of money. He didn't care, and that's when he started being rude. I decided to keep the faucet as it was good and looks fine without the plate. A slab would be nice to close up the sink holes and give a heavy faucet some support. But that's not necessary because we'll be getting a new worktop soon. We sent the record back to Amazon with no problems. Due to missing parts, blaming Revain, and poor customer service, I cannot recommend this product. If you need it because you ordered the same faucet. Then make sure you check that ALL the parts are present and allow enough time to either request a refund from Ruvati for 3 to 6 weeks or send it back to Revain and order a new one. I got one star in this review because the product was well made and would go well with our kitchen sink. If everything was there and I didn't have to deal with their rep it would be 5 stars.
