Do not buy! Missing two ends

the item is damaged when I receive it. Both ends of the tool were missing! I'm so poised off when receiving this product. It is useless without two ends. Not to mention paying this much money. Do not risk buying this product!

Did not work the spear is not a needle and very large so i believe this would only be used for large pores . I have been using tea tree and witchhazel so my pores are smaller so using it would make bigger pores . The spare had black tar like on it and the lancet not sure what from . The lancet didn’t work any better than dragging a floss stick over your pores . Time wasting and doesn’t work well !
