I like how easy it is for me to navigate through the site. It's very user friendly. The customer service is also great, they are always helpful and willing to answer any questions that you may have. I wish there was more information available about the different plans that you can purchase. There isn't much information available about what each plan covers. For example, I am not sure if an employee would be able to use their insurance while vacationing away from work. If this is something that you are looking into purchasing, make sure that you do your research and find out all of the benefits that you will be receiving. We are using Zizzl to manage our health insurance for both my husband and myself.
