Not what expected: my feedback
I work in an office and my back is starting to hurt. I bought this for back support but is not much help. When I place my back against it the middle part goes in (soft). I thought it was going to be stiff. I placed my jacket in the middle behind it and it made it a lot sturdier. I guess it depends how firm or soft you like it for you back, I prefer more firm.
