Great to start thinking about my rating.

I received this as a gift. I've thought about getting it for years and it's helped a lot with my anxiety. That's incredible. It helped my anxiety spasms and helped me focus on other things. Easy to turn and comfortable. Wear it every day and it doesn't turn green on my finger. If you're thinking about getting one, do it. That's great.

Pros

Spinner sometimes gets stuck, but a very good ring

Cons

The ring may not be suitable as a gift for people of other religious beliefs or for those who prefer non-religious gifts.
