Measure capacity before use.

So I ordered 4.5uF capacitors and they turned out to be low. I decided to order 5uF capacitors thinking they could be closer. Well these measured 5.6uF, again not within the 5% tolerance. Be sure to measure them before use if you need an accurate capacitor.
