Not everything is so good! Fits spares

Well, it's time to start. Don't buy this! I ordered this hoping to keep my factory Alpine amp and speakers. They sound great to me, but the factory radio was outdated and I wanted to swap it out. So I buy a good modern radio and this harness/adapter. Well the instructions were reasonably clear but they didn't have details about the board but they do have a technical line. So I call and get help and they seem nice but on conversation they tell me they have removed my car from their list of uses for this harness but give it a try and see what happens. I do this and it doesn't work. I try different things and then it works. If I plug and then unplug their module, my speakers work until I turn the car off, then I have to plug and then unplug the module again for my radio to work. What the hell? And then they blame my car, the manufacturer, and everyone but themselves. Then they want me to try another module, which they have for another $85; and see if it works? The? So the moral of the story is that their stuff isn't that good and they blame others for their stuff not working properly. Pay more elsewhere and get better quality.
